I have developed a unique yoga & meditation syllabus for increasing right attitude and de-stress level. In yoga philosophy, there are so many misconceptions. Most of us believe that asana and pranayam cure physical diseases like overweight, diabetes etc. But we always ignore about our ‘attitude’. The role of attitude in our life is most important. If it is not in right direction, you cannot survive. You cannot even enjoy with your own life. Productivity and creativity come only through the right attitude, not through disease-less body. You can even control your physical diseases through drugs. But how can you change your attitude in right direction? It cannot be controlled by any drugs. As Yoga and meditation says that most of physical and mental diseases come through negative attitude and stress.
When we are in right attitude, we find that our interactions with the world and ourselves become brighter, more productive and perpetuate the ‘feel good’ factor. This in turn makes us healthier, successful and more peaceful.

कश्मीर अलगाववादी और बल ठाकरे









पता नहीं क्यों मुझे बाल ठाकरे और कश्मीर अलगाववादी में कोई अंतर नहीं दीखता । अलगाववादी आखिर क्या चाहतें है , कश्मीर को अलग देश से अलग कर दिया जाय, उनके जगह में कोई बाहरी न आये।


और ठाकरे जो अपने को देशभक्त कहतें हैंकि उनकी मुंबई में किसी को नहीं रहना चाहिए, किसी बाहरी को हक़ नहीं है वंहा नौकरी करने का , केवल उन्ही कि मुंबई है ....................






Kashmir Sepratist Vs. Bal Thackeray

Do you know, what is the difference between Kashmir separatist and Bal Thackeray. Thackeray says that he is a nationalist but in my view there is now difference between Kashmir separatist. Kashmiri separatist wants freedom, they don’t want to see other’s in Kashmir. The same thing Mr. Thackeray wants only Marathi. Both have political interest.

..An interesting concept and possibility....

"The other day, while meditating, I happened to be thinking about the people of Haiti and their current strife with not having access to food and being hungry. A thought popped into my head about a very easy way to help which was tied to my past experiences and teachings with the Blackfeet & the Lakota. Let me explain . . .

At certain times in any one's life, we all face uncertainties and "forks in the road", and we search out to find answers to those pressing questions and situations. One of the ways that native Americans go about finding their truth is to do a Hunbleceya, or what is commonly known as a Vision Quest. This vision quest involves being put up on a sacred mountain, with no water and no food, from anywhere to 1 to 4 days. There, amongst other things, they will pray to Creator for guidance.

I have been blessed to be a helper at some of these Vision Quests. A helper would help in any way they could for the person going through the Vision Quest, with the exception of making physical and eye contact with that person. Ways to help included prayer, drinking water (very important) and . . . eating. Yes, I said drinking and eating. Since the person going through the Vision Quest was not allowed to eat or drink, in order to provide that person with the strength to go through 4 enduring days, the helpers were instructed to eat and drink for that person. This involved being very present when eating and drinking, and to eat and drink with the intent of nourishing the Vision Quester.

Many times when a person came down from the mountain, he/she would ask "Who was eating strawberries? They were delicious! Thank you!" It is all about our intent and being present when eating and drinking. So I ask all of you, when you eat your breakfast, lunch and dinner in the coming days, center yourself and ask your guides to send the nourishing energies of the food that you are eating, and the liquids that you are drinking, to the people and animals of Haiti. Be very present when eating with the intent and the knowledge that this occurring.

I know that this may not fill the hunger and thirst void completely for those starving in Haiti, but it may very well be enough to have them hold on until the food supplies can get to them. So if you are not in the position to send money, clothing or food, or if you are not an experienced healer to send energy healing, you can still send love and nourishment. Just food for thought . . . pun intended :) "

Today's Irritation Is Tomorrow's Anger




You become a little irritated when you are not going to get where you want to be on time, or you are not going to complete your task, as you would want. If the seed of irritation is watered it grows into frustration. Unless you take some positive inner action to stop the growth of the frustration, it will grow into anger. And if you are not careful it will become a habit, a part of your personality, which you will finally come to believe is a natural part of your nature. You will even convince yourself you were born with it. That it is ‘in the genes’. Every time you become angry you cause the production of certain chemicals in your body and you will become addicted to those chemicals – then you look for people and situations which will give you an excuse to generate the ‘anger emotion’ so that you can have your daily dose of chemicals. Not only do we become attached to things and people and ideas etc, we become attached to our emotions. Anger will finally kill the body (not you, but your body). Don’t kill your body. Accept that the anger is never ever productive, know that it is just not necessary to be angry with anyone or about anything, know that it is entirely your own creation and know that you can choose a different response. Know and accept that, and you will be free!

Innovative Mind


Too much repetition of thoughts does not come in innovative mind. As my spiritual experience says that live in the present moment you never have repetitive thoughts. It interferes to present moment only.
